The Hopkins Football League

The Hopkins Football League is an entirely volunteer driven youth tackle football league serving kids in grades 3 through 8 who attend public or private school within the boundaries of the Hopkins School District 270. Each year we have approximately 400 players participating on more than 20 teams. HFL teams participate in the Lake Minnetonka Athletic Association and play games against other area teams from Minnetonka, Wayzata, Mound, Orono, St. Louis Park and Armstrong. The HFL seeks to promote the growth and development of our players in a fun, safe and competitive environment that maximizes participation and improves players' skills while developing sportsmanship, teamwork, and self-confidence. The HFL season begins with practices in mid-August followed by a game schedule that begins right after school starts and concludes in mid-October at the beginning of MEA week.

	The HFL relies entirely on volunteer help to run our great league. If you are interested in getting involved on the Board or volunteering in another capacity, please let your Grade Coordinator or another Board member know.
