Here is what I am doing in trying to get my site set up. I am clicking on the website administration tab, I am clicking on the set up username and password, I am entering the data needed for my info and setting up a username and password. When I have entered all the info and click to submit, that is when the error pop-up appears and says there is an error on the previous page. If there is someone who can tell me if there is something I am doinmg wrong, please advise. This worked last year for me. |

Based upin the process you describe below, you are not typing the random letters and numbers presented on the first screen. They must be entered and they must be entered EXACTLY as stated. All letters are CAPITAL letters. Thanks, |
