| Problem with setting up username and password | |

I am still having a problem setting up our username and password. Originally we had some random person under our email address and couldn't get access. Supposedly that was wiped out and were were supposed to be able to set up a new username and password. When I go to the request form and enter my name (Stephanie Leervig), my email addresss, phone number, position and team name (Steve Leervig). Then I put in desired username and password (password has one numeric). I get an error message that reads: "the required info is incomplete or contains errors. The info you typed on the previous page was incorrect." Please help with this problem as soon as possible. Thank you, Stephanie Leervig |

The first page asks you to enter a series of random letters and numbers. The error says you have entered them incorrectly. Please note the red text that tells you the letters are CAPITAL letters and must be entered that way. Thanks, |
